Newly renovated, the Hall is ideal for wedding receptions, bridal showers, anniversaries, banquets, quinceaneras, meetings and more! With seating for up to 300, a cash bar manned by CCPOA members, and BYOB allowed, your next event can be stylish AND affordable.

    Weekend Hall Rental
    Ideal for wedding receptions, anniversaries, quinceaneras! Includes 4 hours for event & up to 3 hours decorating time, 2 CCPD officers if alcohol is served during the event, one bartender, clean up and additional $150 refundable security deposit. ($225.00 for one CCPD officer if NO alcohol is served during an event. Must have security at all times.)

    Have your next training class or meeting here! Additional $100 clean up fee and additional $150 refundable security deposit if required. (Additional $225.00 for one CCPD officer, if alcohol is served during an event additional $450.00 for two officers)

    Baby/Bridal Shower
    Gather the “girls” for a great shower! Includes 4 hours for event (decorating time included in total hours) and additional $75.00 refundable security deposit. Clean up included. (Sundays Only, No Alcohol Allowed)

    Holiday Rental
    Holiday parties and reunions! Includes 4 hours for event and up to 3 hours decorating time, 2 CCPD officers if alcohol is served during an event, one bartender, clean up and additional $150 refundable security deposit. (Must have security at all times.)

    $100/Hour for additional function/decorating hours (Must also pay additional police security)
    $100 for use of audio equipment
    $50 for use of barbeque pit (must be cleaned afterwards)

    The following items are not allowed within our Hall Rentals for the Public or Members:

    1. NO glitter or confetting decorations of any kind.
    2. ONLY scotch tape can be used for applying decorations on the walls or ceilings. NO packing tape, staples or thumbtacks may be used on the walls or ceilings.
    3. No outside alcohol or sodas are to be brought in for any event. Our hall provides a cash bar which provides beer, wine coolers, wine, sodas, water and small snacks for all events. Set ups are also sold at our bar for those who choose to bring their own liquor bottles, which are allowed.
